Never Miss Kick-Off Again
Fixture lists show kick-off times in the stadium’s local time. If you watch the Premier League from the United States, La Liga from India or the MLS from Europe, you have to work out the time difference yourself, and daylight saving makes that even trickier.
The GlobeHour Match Time Converter does it for you. Enter the kick-off date and time, pick the stadium’s time zone (or tap a league), and see the kick-off in your own time and in up to 20 cities around the world. You also get a live countdown, an estimated full-time, a calendar file with a 30-minute reminder and a PDF you can share.
Which Time Zone Does Each League Use?
| League | Time Zone | Winter | Summer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Premier League | UK time (London) | GMT, UTC+0 | BST, UTC+1 |
| La Liga | Spain (Madrid) | CET, UTC+1 | CEST, UTC+2 |
| Serie A | Italy (Rome) | CET, UTC+1 | CEST, UTC+2 |
| Bundesliga | Germany (Berlin) | CET, UTC+1 | CEST, UTC+2 |
| Ligue 1 | France (Paris) | CET, UTC+1 | CEST, UTC+2 |
| MLS | Usually listed in US Eastern Time | EST, UTC−5 | EDT, UTC−4 |
| Liga MX | Mexico City | UTC−6 | UTC−6 |
| Saudi Pro League | Saudi Arabia (Riyadh) | UTC+3 | UTC+3 |
Mexico and Saudi Arabia don’t use daylight saving, so their time stays the same all year.
How The Time Is Converted
Example: a 3 PM kick-off in London on Saturday 15 November 2025, watched in New York.
| Step | What Happens | Example |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Find The UK Offset | Check the stadium’s offset on that date | London in November = UTC+0 |
| 2. Convert To UTC | Kick-off − stadium offset | 3:00 PM − 0 = 3:00 PM UTC |
| 3. Find Your Offset | Check your offset on that date | New York in November = UTC−5 |
| 4. Convert To Your Time | UTC time + your offset | 3:00 PM − 5 h = 10:00 AM |
| 5. Full Time | Kick-off + about 1 h 55 min | Around 11:55 AM |
Because each offset is checked for the match date, the converter is right even in the weeks when the UK and US change their clocks on different dates.

Yes. It is completely free, needs no sign-up and works on phones, tablets and computers. You can also download the times as a PDF.
